1. CANCELLATION OF TICKET

Cancellation of tickets is subject to the following conditions and terms:

1.1. In order to cancel a ticket, at least one passenger from the booking must be waiting for a new ticket. If none of the passengers require a new ticket, the cancellation will not be processed.

1.2. The request for cancellation must be made by the primary ticket holder or the person who made the booking.

1.3. Cancellation requests can be submitted through our designated channels, including online platforms, customer service helpline, or authorized agents.

1.4. The cancellation request must include all necessary details, including the booking reference number, passenger names, and any other information required for identification and verification.

1.5. Cancellation charges may apply as per the fare rules and regulations of the ticket. These charges will be deducted from the refund amount, if applicable.

1.6. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on the original mode of payment used for purchasing the ticket. The refund amount will be subject to any deductions, including cancellation charges.

1.7. Processing of refunds will take upto 7 working days.

1.8. The cancellation policy may vary depending on the type of ticket, fare class, and specific terms and conditions set by the airline, travel agency, or other service providers.

1.9. It is the responsibility of the passengers to ensure they meet all requirements and conditions for cancellation, including providing accurate information and adhering to any deadlines specified by the service provider.

1.10. In case of any disputes or issues related to the cancellation policy, the decision of the service provider will be final and binding.

1.11. The service provider reserves the right to modify or update the cancellation policy at any time without prior notice. It is advisable for passengers to review the policy periodically to stay informed about any changes.
